Would you like to support the KANBANcamp? We offer various options. Of course, sponsoring in kind is ideal, you can find a few ideas below. However, the biggest in-kind sponsorship – the location sponsorship – has already been taken for this year 😉.
But financial support also helps us to create a better experience for everyone. Please contact us directly. If there are further editions of the Barcamp, we will certainly prepare more packages – for the first edition, however, we are primarily concerned with keeping the organisational effort to a minimum.
Ideas for sponsoring in kind
Evening event
The first idea is an evening event for the participants of the Barcamp and all helpers. The setting is entirely up to your imagination. The sponsorship covers the costs, organisation and implementation of the evening event. In return, you will receive an advertising space on the homepage, an inclusion in the official programme, an explicit mention on both days during the intro and outro, and of course the chance to use your evening event for your PR. Further advertising opportunities and a small ticket contingent are also possible by arrangement.
Give-Aways
Would you like to hand out a few useful (!) giveaways or funny/nery/helpful stickers at the KANBANcamp? That’s great, talk to us and we’ll clear a corner in our goodie bag for you. Provided, of course, that you are not in competition with some of our existing sponsors. Please let us know in advance so that we can check this. You can of course distribute information material in addition to the give-aways. However, we ask that you refrain from using paper flyers and disposable solder that will end up in the bin – we try to avoid waste.
Training for your employees
A very special treat is of course the option of booking (internal) training for your employees in the run-up to the KANBANcamp. Of course, the training also gives employees access to the barcamp so that they can make valuable contacts in the community directly. Depending on the training, at least one or two additional days should be planned in advance. If this sounds interesting to you, please contact Gerhard directly.
